Capital A Berhad introduced that it has mutually agreed with AirAsia X Berhad (AAX) to increase the closing dates for the completion of the proposed disposal of AirAsia Aviation Group Restricted (AAAGL) and AirAsia Berhad (AAB) to AAX.
